The End User Support Engineer at TP ICAP Group in Madrid is a hands-on, office-based role delivering high-quality technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and conferencing technologies. You will own issues through to resolution, working in a fast-paced financial services environment, with shift rotations and occasional travel to other offices.

Formación

Experience providing desktop and end-user support within a financial services environment.
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SCCM.
Experience with market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE).
Experience with audio-visual and video conferencing tech (Teams, Cisco, Webex).
Knowledge of MFA solutions (Okta) and ITSM processes (ITIL).
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-class end-user support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripherals.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues and update tickets.
Manage incidents end-to-end, with regular stakeholder updates.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Market Data, and Applications teams.
Support conferencing tech and device deployments; document resolutions.
