Frontiers in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to ensure employees have reliable technology and a seamless IT experience. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy devices, manage inventory, and support end users both onsite and remotely.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of desktop support, relevant IT certifications, and strong English skills. This role emphasizes local IT operations and collaboration across the team.

Formación

• 3-5 years of desktop support or similar experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS (preferred).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Desktop Support are a plus.
• Familiarity with network configurations and protocols.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues autonomously (Level 2).
• Provide IT services support onsite and remotely with high standards.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Onboard new starters and deliver IT inductions.
• Provide end-user training and support for IT systems and applications.
