The role includes managing user devices, installing and configuring equipment, monitoring incidents, and offering IT support for warehouse operations. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of help desk and IT technician experience supporting at least 250 users.
• Relevant vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist or System Electronics Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Provide level 2 support for hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and process tickets and incidents.
• Install and configure end user devices.
• Maintain and monitor printers.
• Execute operational processes for equipment changes.
• Analyze and recommend new technologies.
• Manage IT relocations and asset tagging.
• Rotate on-call schedule for after-hours support.
• Participate in IT and business projects.
• Support mobile computing devices and UMTS contracts.
• IT support for warehouse management.
• Manage telephone and network socket patching.
• Participate in improving helpdesk processes.
• Administer and collect documentation.
