Job summary

UL Solutions is hiring an IT Project Manager to steer the delivery of a global customer-facing digital platform across Retail & Consumer Products. The role combines leadership, budgeting, and SDLC oversight in a hybrid setting based in Warsaw or Barcelona.

You will drive program governance, manage multiple teams across sites, assess risks, and report to C-Suite executives. A senior project background and certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Over ten years of project management experience leading large-scale, distributed programs.
• Experience with cross-geographical coordination and with RFI/RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of global IT programs with enterprise impact.
• Manage budget and schedule to meet strategic requirements.
• Define governance, risks, issues, and mitigation plans; report to senior leadership.
