UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) and based in Barcelona, Spain (or Warsaw).

You will manage budgets, timelines, and scope, drive SDLC governance, align with senior leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to deliver complex programs with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with cross-geographical project coordination.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule while meeting business requirements.
• Track milestones and advise leadership on risks and adjustments.
• Provide leadership to project teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate SDLC activities and governance across programs.
