Job summary

UL Solutions in Barcelona and Warsaw is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer‑facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic governance in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home).

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule across multi‑site teams, interface with executives, and drive SDLC governance from requirements through QA before go‑live, while pursuing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of large-scale project management experience.
• Experience with cross-geographical coordination.
• Experience with RFI/RFP and scoring preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required; ITIL Foundations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, managing expectations and fostering strong working relationships.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and manage resource acquisition.
