UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a global customer-facing digital platform across Retail & Consumer Products. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) and based in Barcelona, Spain or Warsaw, Poland.

You will manage budgets, schedules and scope while aligning with strategic business requirements, and interact with C-Suite executives and leaders worldwide. You will drive SDLC processes, plan programs, and oversee risk management, governance, and vendor

Formación

• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, technical and business acumen.
• Strong communication skills with executives and teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site projects.
• Experience in cross-geographical project coordination.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes.
• PMP/Agile certifications preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer interface and project/program delivery.
• Lead project planning, scope, quality, and budgets.
• Coordinate interdependent projects and governance.
• Interface with executives and stakeholders; prepare status updates.
• Oversee risk, issues, and change management.
