Job summary

• Examples: people strategy, org design, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for client groups to develop and implement HR strategy.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies; influence and partner to build capabilities.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups.
