Edwards Lifesciences in Spain seeks a senior HR leader to drive people strategies across sites and regions. You will lead a team of HR professionals, partner with executive leadership, and design solutions that attract, develop, and retain top talent in support of the business.

You will shape HR programs with COEs, guide workforce planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role demands strong stakeholder management, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record of delivering impactful

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and human resources experience.
• Demonstrated track record in people management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment with a Global Organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR team to deliver talent attraction, development, and retention aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with sites/regions to implement HR strategy and manage HR projects.
• Develop robust talent development and succession planning across HR.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build organisational capability.
• Analyze trends to identify training or coaching needs with COEs.
• Lead interview/selection and compensation analysis for client groups.
• Support large HR initiatives like mergers or restructures.
