Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with substantial HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to develop and implement HR strategy.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build capabilities.
• Lead HR programs with COEs to meet talent needs.
• Evaluate workforce planning and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Analyze trends to identify training or coaching needs and partner to implement solutions.
• Participate in talent interviews and compensation analyses.
