Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Director, HR Business Leader to partner with client groups across regions to shape and drive talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

You'll lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs, advise executives on talent and succession, manage compensation analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance while building organizational capability and a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive HR experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent and senior HR leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for client groups and regions to shape HR strategy.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build organizational capability and engagement.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for clients.
• Evaluate workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Analyze trends to identify training and coaching needs and implement solutions.
• Participate in talent interviews and compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
