Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive HR experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent in related field; preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and strategic HR program delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to develop HR strategy for client groups and regions.
• Lead HR programs with COEs to meet current and future talent needs.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies and organizational capability.
• Evaluate workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Participate in talent interviews and compensation analysis.
