Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
12 years of related HR experience required.
10 years of related HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic thought partner for assigned client groups and regions to develop and implement human resource strategy to achieve business objectives.
Advise leadership on talent strategies and partner with COEs to build organizational capabilities and a high-performing organization.
Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs meeting current and future talent needs.
Analyze workforce trends and drive training, coaching and succession initiatives with COEs or Shared Service groups.
