Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Spain, Valencia, is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to lead the HR function for the Moncada site and partner with executive leadership to shape talent strategy. You will guide HR programs to attract, develop and retain talent and enable teams to thrive.

The role requires extensive manufacturing HR experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven ability to influence at the highest levels within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and HR experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment with a Global Organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner for assigned client group(s), countries and/or regions to develop and implement HR strategy.
• Lead or partner with COE's to deliver HR programs for client groups.
• Partner with HR Management or COE's to evaluate workforce needs and adapt HR programs.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training needs or coaching needs and develop solutions.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of talent and in compensation analysis.
