Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks an experienced HR business partner to act as a strategic partner across client groups or regions, shaping and executing talent strategies aligned with business objectives. You will advise leaders on organizational design, succession, and workforce planning while driving high performance and employee engagement with COEs and HR systems.

The role emphasizes expert knowledge of employment laws, negotiation, and change leadership within a fast-paced healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Proven successful project management skills.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including influencing, consultative, and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Expert knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Expert knowledge of local and federal employment laws in one or more areas.
• Expert negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for assigned client groups, countries and/or regions to develop and implement human resource strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives.
• Leverage effective consulting skills and principles to advise, influence and partner with leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities and an engaged and high-performing organization.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver human resource programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.
• Partner with HR Management or COEs to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Proactively analyze trends and metrics to identify training or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs or Shared Service groups.
• Participate in the interview/selection of talent and perform compensation analysis to drive competitive offers.
• Other incidental duties.
