Technologies Inc. is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and optimization of end-to-end HR Operations processes.

The role collaborates with COEs to define standards, identify automation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the HR operating model. Responsibilities include establishing architecture, documenting workflows, and ensuring scalable, digitally enabled HR experiences worldwide.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in process design, process excellence, HR operations, or business process reengineering in global/shared services.
• Experience designing and documenting end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of process design methodologies applied to HR or shared services.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities within operational processes.
• Ability to partner with COEs, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Determine end-to-end HR processes needing definition, redesign, or standardization globally.
• Establish the process architecture and design framework to document, manage, and optimize HR processes.
• Design new, standardized end-to-end workflows.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders to define and maintain processes across key HR service areas.
• Monitor end-to-end process performance globally and ensure standardization across countries.
