Job summary

FAIN seeks a hands-on HR Tech & Automation Leader to drive a global HR transformation, evolving processes to be more digital, automated and data-driven. You will lead SAP SuccessFactors rollouts across countries, reengineer Hire-to-Retire processes, and accelerate automation and digitalization of HR workflows.

You will translate HR needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions, collaborate with Corporate HR, local teams, Payroll and IT, and build Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable functional experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience in international SuccessFactors implementations and country rollouts.
Strong hands-on Microsoft Power BI capabilities and defining HR KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SuccessFactors global rollouts, including requirements, testing, data migration and post-go-live optimization.
Reengineer Hire-to-Retire processes with standardization and automation.
Develop the HR automation and digitalization roadmap with AI-enabled solutions.
Define HR metrics and dashboards using Power BI for Workforce, Recruitment, Performance, and Absenteeism.
Drive change management, training and executive communication across an international matrix.
