MET Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The role serves as the local liaison with the international HR team and reports to the Finance & Human Resources Director.

The position is highly operational with autonomy in core HR processes, covering payroll, contracts, onboarding, and compliance across an international and growing organization. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll & personnel administration: review monthly payroll data and contracts.
• Coordinate with external payroll provider for timely submissions.
• Maintain HR records and employee files with accuracy.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employee status.
