SITA is seeking a Privacy, Governance & Process Improvement SME within the People Team to ensure compliant, well-governed HR data and systems. You will lead privacy programs, apply Lean principles, and improve Payroll, Benefits, and People Ops processes across global teams.

You’ll coordinate with HR, IS, Legal and Compliance while driving governance, training, and documentation to embed standard ways of working and reduce waste.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in data privacy / GDPR, ideally within an HR or People data environment.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and governance frameworks: GDPR, SOC2, ISO, the EU AI Act and data retention.
• Hands-on experience with internal and external auditors — providing evidence and driving mitigation plans.
• Experience documenting an as-is process and redesigning it with clear standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage OneTrust assessments and workflows for all People Team processes, ensuring GDPR and local compliance.
• Lead the definition and enforcement of data retention policies per HR data domain.
• Handle privacy requests and assess new systems for privacy and security risk.
• Own privacy aspects of vendor onboarding and offboarding within the People Team.
• Coordinate with Data Owners on privacy obligations and P-file governance across entities.
