• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and advise on HR tech solutions.
• Lead discussions on standard models, global design, and deviations.
• Support upgrades and feature enablement, coordinate IT cross-client initiatives.
• Ensure technical health of client service delivery and escalation handling.
