Allianz Technology seeks a Global People Operations Manager to drive governance, compliance and end-to-end process management across the P&C function. You will coordinate safeguarding efforts, align with global frameworks, and ensure the P&C tech landscape is resilient and compliant.

You will lead data governance, policy reviews, and stakeholder collaboration across global and local teams, enabling strategic People Operations initiatives and mobility programs while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global P&C process governance and improvement.
• Proven ability to standardize and document end-to-end processes.
• Experience coordinating safeguarding frameworks, data privacy, and audits.
• Strong governance over HR tech landscapes and third-party oversight.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&C process governance and documentation.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across People Operations.
• Coordinate safeguarding initiatives with regulatory and security teams.
• Ensure controls meet internal, regulatory, risk, and audit requirements.
• Oversee P&C application landscape governance and vendor documentation.
• Lead data quality, privacy compliance, and data ownership models.
• Represent P&C in policy reviews and enterprise governance artifacts.
• Act as trusted advisor across P&C, Risk, IT, Legal and external partners.
