Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees with day-to-day HR tasks globally, from onboarding to career development. You will partner with teams across the business to ensure a smooth employment lifecycle and help employees grow within the organisation.

The role focuses on acting as the first HR contact, managing lifecycle operations, and driving HR projects while upholding local employment laws and internal policies.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR generalist/administrator role.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with clear thinking.
• Experience representing HR policies to managers and employees.
• Service role experience with SLA-focused delivery.
• Familiar with HR tools such as Jira Service Desk and HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong understanding of employment law and local HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for regional HR queries and tickets.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations: onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage internal tools including time and attendance.
• Prepare HR documentation and maintain HR records.
• Lead HR projects and policy implementations.
