Revolut Valencia is seeking a People Specialist to support employees through best-in-class compensation and benefits. You will drive global consistency, manage end-to-end compensation processes, and partner with senior leaders to shape rewards strategy.

Formación

• 2+ years of relative corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills.
• Ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to cultivate partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and develop controls.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping Revolut's rewards future.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects.
• Leverage market practice and trends to support business goals and position Revolut competitively.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support (benchmarking, surveys, bonus calculations, salary reviews).
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures, policies, and data repositories.
• Act as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries for employees and partners worldwide.

What you'll be doing

• - Leading the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies
• - Ensuring global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut
• - Collaborating with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects and initiatives that shape our employee experience and market positioning
• - Leveraging knowledge on market practise and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues
• - Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submissions, bonus calculations, and salary reviews
• - Reviewing and update compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositories
• - Acting as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries, providing swift, accurate support to employees and business partners worldwide

What you'll need

• - 2+ years of relative corporate experience in Rewards or HR
• - Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
• - The ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation
• - A collaborative attitude and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients
