Revolut is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees in the Spain region. You will partner with managers and the People team to deliver onboarding, lifecycle operations, and policy guidance, ensuring a smooth employee experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will manage HR records, SLAs, and onboarding/offboarding while applying employment law and local practices. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, strong communication, and experience with HRIS tools and Jira service desk.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organisation
• Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and other measurable performance metrics
• Expertise in administering HR operations using automated tools (via Jira service desk, HRIS, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G‑Suite
• A great understanding of employment law and local HR practices

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and as part of the HR team globally
• Coordinating end‑to‑end lifecycle operations, including pre‑onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off‑boarding processes
• Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records
• Implementing important HR projects and policies
