Revolut is seeking a People Experience Specialist to ensure our people operate at their best within a structured, high-performance environment. You will partner with global teams to deliver a world-class employee experience from onboarding to engagement across offices worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to streamline processes, improve satisfaction, and shape initiatives that align with Revolut’s strategic goals. The role requires strong communication, EI, and a passion for culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in a similar People Experience or HR role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Passion for company culture and employee engagement.
• Track record of delivering in fast-paced environments.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate social dynamics.
• Ability to align people initiatives with business strategies.
• Experience building relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing success measures to drive impact.
• On-site availability 3 days per week at Vilnius or Barcelona offices.

Responsabilidades

• Working with the Senior Management team within People Experience to build out processes and procedures to improve employee satisfaction
• Working on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
• Managing the end to end process for the recognition programme
• Auditing regularly the recognition programme
• Creating solutions to enhance user experience
• Implementing cost reduction ideas
• Liaising with external vendors, with local people experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
• Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
• Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding
