Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You will maintain the employment life cycle and assist colleagues in growing their careers, while collaborating with the People team to deliver a seamless people experience.

The role focuses on onboarding, off-boarding, HR documentation, and ongoing HR projects, with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate service and policy implementation.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Experience in a service role, working to SLAs and measurable metrics.
• Experience administering HR operations using automated tools like Jira Service Desk and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries/tickets in your region and globally.
• Coordinating end-to-end lifecycle operations: pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services desk, and off-boarding.
• Managing internal tools, such as time and attendance.
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining HR records.
• Implementing important HR projects and policies.
