Revolut is seeking a People Partner to advise on employee relations and support development of fast-growing teams. You will provide guidance on policies and employment law, linking HR strategies with data-driven approaches.

The role focuses on advising HR Partners, managing complex ER cases, and partnering across the business to ensure fair, compliant outcomes while driving improvements in people processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in law is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in employee relations.
• In-house ER experience across regional and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience setting ER processes and leading KPI-driven teams.
• Self-motivated with initiative and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to consult and coach stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates diplomacy, maturity, agility and alignment with corporate methods.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting others in prioritising employee-related issues and plans for employee relations improvements.
• Facilitating ongoing performance management processes on complex cases.
• Advising on complex ER cases, offering risk analysis and best-practice guidelines.
• Providing direction, mentorship, and frameworks to other HR team members.
• Reviewing and revising policies and programmes to ensure fair treatment of employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising and supporting HR Partners on the resolution of employee relations issues, career counselling, management coaching, and internal misconduct investigations
• Assisting others in the prioritisation of employee-related issues and plans for employee relations improvements
• Facilitating ongoing performance management processes on complex cases
• Advising on complex ER cases, offering risk analysis and best-practice guidelines
• Providing direction, mentorship, and frameworks to other HR team members
• Reviewing and recommending revisions to policies and programmes, while ensuring the fair treatment of employees

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree in law
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations
• In-house ER experience with knowledge of multiple regional, country, and local regulatory requirements related to areas of direct functional responsibility
• Experience setting ER processes and leading KPI-driven teams
• To be self-guided with the ability to take initiative
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with, consult, and coach stakeholders at all levels
• Diplomacy, executive maturity, organisational agility, and the know how to align corporate methods and agendas with ambiguity and trust
