• Willingness to travel to international events.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or events is preferred.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing client relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage participant accommodation requests from enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Handle extensive rooming lists via online platform and Excel.
• Research hotels and options for events across destinations.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, availability and booking conditions.
• Coordinate with hotels to ensure accurate bookings and service standards.
• Handle booking inquiries, amendments and reminders for clients.
• Provide personalised accommodation solutions based on needs.
• Monitor satisfaction and resolve booking issues online and on site.
• Build relationships with hotels, suppliers, clients and partners.
• Monitor payments and invoicing with the finance team; maintain records.
