Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator for our Barcelona location. You will drive commercial results across revenue streams and coordinate bookings, selling meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and restaurant experiences.

You’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences to encourage repeat visits, working across partnerships, events, and banqueting teams. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality, fluent Spanish and English, and live in or near Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required for daily communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and bookings for Commercial Partnerships via phone, third parties and email.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business for Meeting & Events at The Social Hub Barcelona.
• Identify opportunities within current business strategies and markets.
• Manage admin tasks and file correspondence accurately.
• Prepare the meetings & events function sheet for the banqueting team with complete details.
• Host meetings with the banqueting department and stakeholders; follow up to secure repeat business.
