Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product to own the vision, strategy, and execution for a global Employer of Record product offering.

This leader will oversee the end-to-end employment lifecycle and drive AI-enabled product experiences across Customer-Facing, Operations, and Employee Experience. The role requires extensive experience in regulated B2B environments, exceptional leadership, and the ability to align multiple functions around strategic outcomes in a remote, global

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with ~5–7 years leading PMs.
• Experience in regulated B2B, FinTech, HR tech, or EOR contexts.
• Strong systems thinking and first-principles problem solving.
• Proven ability to set product vision and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the EOR offering.
• Lead end-to-end product and operational experiences, not just features.
• Translate complex regulations into scalable automated workflows.
• Balance investments across new capabilities, debt, and operational improvements.
• Develop Product Managers, fostering ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance on strategy.
• Establish an AI-first approach to discovery, prototyping, and decision making.
• Shape broader company strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
