RemotePass Inc. seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the Employment Legal team and advise on cross-border employment matters across 100+ jurisdictions, partnering with Operations, Mobility, Compliance, Sales and Product to enable global growth while managing legal risk.

You will mentor junior legal professionals, help build scalable legal processes, and lead initiatives that support one of the fastest‑growing EOR platforms in the market.

Formación

• Deep expertise in European employment law.
• Strong cross‑border workforce compliance.
• Extensive experience handling complex employee lifecycle matters.
• Experience negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Practical knowledge of GDPR and employment privacy issues.
• Experience working with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading legal professionals.
• Experience supporting fast‑growing international businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Advise internal stakeholders on complex employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide practical guidance through the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, discipline, performance, restructurings, and terminations.
• Support high‑risk employee relations matters and litigation strategy with external counsel.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies balancing commercial objectives.
• Mentor and guide legal specialists and associates.
• Help establish playbooks, templates and scalable legal workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate legal requirements into platform features.
• Ensure GDPR and privacy matters are integrated into all processes.
