RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line, including Global Payroll and Employer of Record. This is a step-up role with immediate impact on roadmap, discovery, and cross-functional execution in a fully remote setup.

You will lead discovery with customers and operations, shape product direction, and build a small team over time while aligning engineering, design, and GTM efforts across time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years in product with hands-on ownership of payroll, EOR, or HR tech products.
• Shipped and scaled inside a payroll or employment product, ideally through a growth phase.
• Ready for your first domain leadership role, or already leading a small product area.
• Strong discovery instincts: form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable in a fast, direct, low-process environment where you are expected to make calls.

Responsabilidades

• Roadmap ownership for EOR and Global Payroll.
• Discovery-led organization shift; spend real time with customers, prospects, and operations teams.
• Turn signals into a clear, prioritized view of what matters and why, and communicate the reasoning.
• Cross-functional execution, globally across time zones; unblock engineering and design; align with sales, CS, and operations.
• Start hands-on and hire 2 to 3 PMs into the domain over time; own the resourcing plan.
• Oversee internal tooling and AI agents powering EOR and payroll operations; scale operations.
• Delve into payroll depth: multi-country, edge cases, and country-specific flows.
