Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Lead Practitioner based in Spain. You will advise investors and technology leaders on high-impact product and technology decisions across EMEA, turning complex product and market information into clear insights.

This role blends senior leadership with strategic advisory and analytical work in a fast-moving environment. You will evaluate products across multiple markets, support portfolio companies with localization, and shape growth strategies while navigating

Formación

• 15+ years of product management experience in senior or executive roles (Director/VP/CPO).
• Strong B2B SaaS experience across international markets (EMEA).
• Proven track record shipping products at scale with strategy ownership.
• Hands-on AI/ML product leadership, including risk and data considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Evaluate product strategy, roadmaps, GTM, and defensibility across EMEA markets.
• Assess AI/ML capabilities within products, including implications for risk and value.
• Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, expansion, and localization needs.
• Review product org structures, delivery capabilities, and readiness for growth.
• Conduct primary research via executive interviews and market studies.
• Synthesize evidence into investment-grade deliverables.
• Present complex dynamics clearly to investment teams and leadership.
• Advise product leaders on strategy, localization, and post-investment development.
