RemotePass is building a global EOR platform that helps companies hire, pay and support talent across 150+ countries. We’re hiring an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance and quality, reporting to our Global Payroll Manager.

You’ll ensure partners hit SLAs, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Employee Experience, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing to deliver a consistently high-quality experience.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations.
• Solid understanding of how EOR models and in-country partners operate.
• Track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, plus experience with project management tools.
• Highly organised, able to manage many partners and countries at once in a remote setup.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to hold partners accountable while keeping the relationship intact.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners across regions; build relationships and run regular performance reviews (QBRs).
• Hold partners to SLAs; track KPIs and drive improvement; replace partners when needed with Vendor Sourcing.
• Own escalations end to end from logging to resolution for clients and employees.
• Oversee contracts and pricing terms; keep SLAs current; support renewals with benchmarks.
• Build the function; create playbooks, trackers, and reporting for partnerships management.
• Share knowledge; contribute to country guides, partner FAQs, and process docs.
