Deel is seeking an Operations Manager in Spain to own onboarding and the operational delivery for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve complex challenges and drive scalable improvements.

You will gain exposure across onboarding, customer operations, payroll, product, and process optimization, building an operating model for Deel's largest clients while growing into a leadership role in global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, CS, Math, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an operational/technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve challenges.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure high-quality operational experience.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Take ownership of increasingly complex customer environments as expertise grows.
• Contribute to building new operational playbooks to improve efficiency.
