Deel is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to steer global operational strategy and drive scalable processes across finance, customer success, HR and sales operations. You will lead a cross‑functional team, optimize performance, and partner with senior leadership to set KPIs and governance.

You’ll champion data‑driven decision making, apply AI to operational workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and push continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• 12+ years in operations management with global scope.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to design and execute operational strategies at scale.
• Strong data analytics and KPI governance experience.
• Experience with AI technologies in operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Deel’s global operations strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing operations team, driving efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and talent assessments to elevate standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish operational KPIs across departments.
• Influence cross‑functional teams and drive operational change through partnerships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processes for finance, customer success, HR and sales ops.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement data‑driven solutions to improve performance.
• Manage large‑scale projects with timely delivery and resource allocation.
• Establish a data‑driven approach to measure and improve effectiveness.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance decision making and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and company policies.
• Partner with technology and product teams to implement tools that scale.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
