The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in hospitality technology and a track record in enhancing onboarding processes. This role offers the chance to impact customer experience positively while building and promoting best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology, including hands-on customer onboarding.
• Track record of improving onboarding functions and frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading customer-facing teams.
