Formación

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with hands-on onboarding experience.
• Proven people-leadership experience in a global, distributed team.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and complexity in serving mid-market customers.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes for mid-market customers.
• Establish and own metrics for onboarding outcomes.
