Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director for Mid-Market Onboarding who will be responsible for leading and scaling the onboarding function for our fastest-growing customer segment. This role involves guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to Account Management, and developing a world-class experience.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in hospitality technology, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management. This position is fully remote and offers opportunities to work with global innovators in AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with hands-on customer onboarding experience.
• Proven people-leadership experience in a distributed environment.
• Strong project management skills dealing with complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from contract to go-live.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks and metrics.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy.
