Cloudbeds is hiring a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to lead the onboarding function for our fastest-growing mid-market customers. You will guide teams from contract through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management, building scalable frameworks and dashboards and owning customer experience at scale.

Formación

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology with onboarding or implementation leadership.
• Track record of building or improving onboarding/implementation functions and frameworks.
• Proven people leadership experience in a distributed, global environment.
• Strong project-management foundation for complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and multi-property hospitality customers.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution and implement frameworks.
• Data-driven with KPIs, dashboards, and insights-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team including Onboarding Project Managers and senior coaches.
• Own end-to-end onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex multi-property deployments.
• Establish and own onboarding metrics: velocity, quality scores, training completion, CSAT/NPS, retention impact.
• Manage capacity and staffing planning for the division; forecast demand and balance workload.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or at-risk deployments and coordinate with Account Management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
