Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director of Mid-Market Onboarding to scale onboarding for our fastest-growing customer segment. You’ll lead a distributed team from go‑live to adoption, shaping standards, metrics, and capability to deliver world‑class experiences at Cloudbeds.

Formación

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality tech with onboarding or implementation leadership.
• Proven track record of building onboarding frameworks and scalable processes.
• Strong people leadership in a distributed, global environment.
• Excellent project management with multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Data-driven with KPI dashboards and insights for decisions.
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Mid‑Market Onboarding team including Onboarding Project Managers and senior coaches, setting clear expectations and growth paths.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding outcomes for mid‑market customers from sales handoff through go‑live, adoption, and transition to Account Management.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and configuration standards for complex multi‑property deployments at scale.
• Establish and own the metrics that matter: onboarding velocity, deployment quality scores, training completion, CSAT/NPS, retention.
• Own capacity and staffing planning for the division — forecasting demand and balancing workloads.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex deployments and coordinate with Account Management.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
