Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director for Mid-Market Onboarding to lead the onboarding function for fast-growing customers. The successful candidate will develop the team and frameworks necessary to ensure successful customer transitions from contract to go-live.

You will measure and improve onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction, working in a remote-first environment with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience in onboarding and implementation functions.
• Experience managing customer-facing teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations for mid-market customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team.
• Own onboarding outcomes from sales handoff to go-live.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks and metrics.
