Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Spain to lead the strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating PLG engine for a global cloud technology business. You will own PLG ARR, drive acquisition, freemium to paid conversion, expansion, and retention across international markets, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales.

Qualifications

• Senior/leadership experience in a SaaS, cloud or developer-focused company.
• Proven revenue targets ownership including ARR growth and conversions.
• Ability to translate complex tech into self-serve experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engin. & Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product-led growth strategy for revenue growth.
• Develop scalable growth programs and set measurable targets across markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to align strategy with outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and optimize onboarding & self-serve funnels.
• Use analytics and customer data to improve engagement, retention and LTV.
• Lead a data-driven growth culture with performance metrics and experiments.
