Job summary

Lead bids, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track KPIs to ensure compliant, profitable growth across 34 countries. English fluency required; extensive travel and a competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in international business development or sales.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or tech environments.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define regional strategy and market expansion for Central Europe.
• Identify target markets, conduct research and competitive analysis.
• Lead opportunities, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Coordinate bid and tender processes with cross-functional teams.
• Represent the group at regional events and senior-level meetings.
