Job summary

Roquette seeks a proactive Customer Service professional to manage the flow of orders for international customers from request to final billing. You will coordinate with planning, logistics and finance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing, using SAP and CRM tools daily.

The role requires bilingual English communication and familiarity with ERP systems; additional European languages are highly valued. Opportunity to grow within a global plant-based ingredients leader.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required, with strong written and oral skills.
• Experience in a customer service role with an international profile is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce or equivalent tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and documentation with customers and internal teams.
• Process orders in SAP and update records in CRM tools.
• Liaise with planning, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and billing.
• Prepare documentation for transport, packing lists and customs when needed.
• Support customers with inquiries and resolve issues with timely communication.
