FrieslandCampina in Barcelona seeks a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to drive customer-centric service in a highly automated supply chain. You will lead CI initiatives, optimize end-to-end order-to-cash, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Operations, IT and Logistics.

Formación

• Experience in customer operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash processes and FMCG context.
• Ability to lead CI initiatives and coordinate testing across systems.
