Straumann Group seeks a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to steer validation and testing for Global Business Applications, including SAP and Salesforce. The role drives compliance, quality, and lifecycle delivery across IT and QA teams in a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setup.

You will lead validation documentation, implement test strategies, and mentor stakeholders while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. Proactive collaboration with partners is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• Leadership experience in CSV environments (2+ years).
• Familiar with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11 guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and validate enterprise apps (SAP, Salesforce) ensuring CSV compliance.
• Define and implement Test Management strategies aligned with ALM.
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance and IT stakeholders across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV processes and regulatory adherence.
• Support internal and external audits and provide training on CSV standards.
