Job summary

Straumann Group in Madrid/Wroclaw is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation and testing for Global Business Applications, including SAP and Salesforce. You will shape validation strategies, align with IT, QA and compliance, and guide teams across regions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in CSV, QA and project management with leadership experience, deep GxP knowledge, and fluent English. Hybrid work with two remote days per week is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GxP guidance (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex11).
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance for implementation projects.
• Improve CSV standards and alignment with IT/QA.
• Define and drive test management for business applications including S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance and cross-functional teams.
