Job summary

Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation and testing of Global Business Applications such as SAP and Salesforce. You will shape the validation strategy, manage documentation, and partner with IT, QA and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment across global deployments.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, mentor staff, and implement best practices for CSV, test planning, traceability, and audits while operating in a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setting

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• Leadership experience in regulated environments (GxP).
• Experience with SAP/Salesforce and enterprise validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and test management for enterprise apps.
• Drive CSV standards and regulatory alignment with IT/QA.
• Coordinate global CSV compliance and audits.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV and test approaches.
