Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation of software like SAP and Salesforce within Global Business Applications. This role emphasizes leadership in CSV, regulatory compliance, and testing across IT and QA teams.

Based in Madrid or Wroclaw with hybrid work, the position partners with stakeholders to ensure validated delivery and adherence to GxP guidelines in global initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management including leadership
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements: 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex11
• Experience with SAP/Enterprise Business Applications and CSV documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Validate and review CSV documentation and validation records across stakeholders
• Provide guidance on computerized systems validation (CSV)
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards and alignment with IT/QA
• Define and implement Test Management for Business Applications (e.g., S/4HANA)
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance, and stakeholder teams to ensure CSV compliance
• Train and mentor stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches
• Collaborate with SAP and other business application teams to ensure project quality
• Support internal/external audits as needed
